I dont see option "scan with nod eset antivirus "when i right click on some file,

When i right click on some file, i dont see option "scan with nod eset ,or only eset or anyhow",whay?? ,maybe it turn off on default,this option is very important for me ,when i downloaded some file i must scan that. If anybody now how to sett this

open nod32 -> press F5 -> User interface -> Context menu -> check Integrate into the context menu

It's not that important because the web protection has already scanned the file , then the real-time protection did it because of newly-created file , 3rd - the file will be scanned upon open/execute/on-access
