Exclamation Alerts and Notifications settings...

A while back, I asked how I can turn of the silly desktop alert that tell me that the definitions have been updated. I followed the steps, and checked "Only Display alerts that require intervention"

However, while testing with the Eicar virus today, I noticed the clients will also NOT get an alert for a blocked threat!!!!!!!!!!

I WANT ALERTS for blocked threats, so my users now they did something stupid...

Thanks!

If you choose to "Display Alerts", it will show you when malware has been detected or if there is user intervention is required.

having it set to the setting you have works like it should. Getting the blocked threat requires no interraction so it won't show anything.
