Copy and then rename it by adding a trailing .TXT

Then upload a copy of this file as part of the message
with the "manage attachments" at the bottom of the editing window of the forum.

2 - One rule (or more)

Just export the rule(s) with the option "export" the Internet Filtering tab.
It's a .rie file.

3 - The LnS log

The LnS Log is a .log file

Upload it attached as part of the message
with the "manage attachments" at the bottom of the editing window of the forum.

Use your favourite screen capture program or one these suggested programs:

This allows the forum members and LnS staff to load the set of rules for verifying, importing or to verify and access the log readable text format and off-line if necessary.
