Smile The best way to transmit information on Look'n'Stop in this forum

Hello everyone

The best way to transmit information on Look'n'Stop in this forum:

1 - The rules set

The rules set is a .rls file.

Copy and then rename it by adding a trailing .TXT

Then upload a copy of this file as part of the message
with the "manage attachments" at the bottom of the editing window of the forum.

2 - One rule (or more)

Just export the rule(s) with the option "export" the Internet Filtering tab.
It's a .rie file.

Copy and then rename it by adding a trailing .TXT

Upload attached as part of the message
with the "manage attachments" at the bottom of the editing window of the forum.

3 - The LnS log

The LnS Log is a .log file

Upload it attached as part of the message
with the "manage attachments" at the bottom of the editing window of the forum.

4 - For a screenshot

Use your favourite screen capture program or one these suggested programs:

MWSnap (free)

FastStone Capture 5.3 (free)

Upload the screen capture attached as part of the message
with the "manage attachments" at the bottom of the editing window of the forum.

This allows the forum members and LnS staff to load the set of rules for verifying, importing or to verify and access the log readable text format and off-line if necessary. In the case of raw log format it can also be imported in MS Excel or OO Calc and treated more easily. This way you help us to help you.

Thank you for your attention.
