Default How to make bootable backup cd/dvd

I want to make a bootable backup cd/dvd of my c drive before I use UBCD4WIN.
I'm afraid that I might delete infected file that is critical to Win xp.
How do I do this?

On UBCD4WIN itself, you can use DriveImage XML.

Paragon Drive Backup Express is free. Works great! Will save the info and make the dvd bootable.
