Default AV-Test.org published new tests!

The results of the tests 2001-12 (Windows ME, XP Home - ComputerBild) and 2002-01 (Windows ME, XP Home - PC-WELT) are now available as download and online version.

see or download it: http://www.av-test.com

mmm..kinda dissappointed Eset didn't submit NOD32 for testing by Andreas Marx - as is JacK. The both of us have been under the impression, Eset indeed would do so this time. Has had been "cooked up" many months ago if I'm not mistaken...

regards,

paul

I just can't find any (recent) test that includes NOD32. The only one is VB... It seems to me that they don’t like to be tested anywhere else besides VB and against ITWs. Hmmm….

I'll have to correct my first post. As it turns out, Andreas Marx c.s. picked the AVs tested himself - and excluded Eset/NOD32. Thus: no blame on Eset here!

paul

Do you have any idea why, Paul?

Hi,
I think it was a test on demand by some magazine, awaiting feed back from Andreas, as soon as I get the date for the next test from Magdeburg
in which NOD32 is included I shall post it here.

Rgds,

JacK
