trojan uploader but eset dont detect it

i'm using eset smart security
this file include trojan uploader but eset smart dont detect it
Setup_ver1.113.0.zip

Edit 1: ~~ removed link to malware - it's against forum policy to link to live malware files~~

Edit 2: ~~ removed VT results, which is also against policy ~~
