Default NOD32 won't ignore dual-boot

I have NOD32 (paid) installed on a dual-boot system, one boot isolated from the internet - it's a digital audio workststion. I unticked the drive when setting up the threat-sense technology but it appears to still be running when I boot into said drive. Similarly, when it scans, it scans the whole computer even though I told it to skip the boot partition that doesn't need it.

Let me rephrase this as a question. Is there anything I can do to force NOD32 to ignore a specific boot partition?
