BSOD on boot in ekrn.exe

Tonight right after booting into Windows XP SP3 my computer had a blue screen. The error was as follows:

BAD_POOL_HEADER (19)
The pool is already corrupt at the time of the current request.
This may or may not be due to the caller.
The internal pool links must be walked to figure out a possible cause of
the problem, and then special pool applied to the suspect tags or the driver
verifier to a suspect driver.
Arguments:
Arg1: 00000020, a pool block header size is corrupt.
Arg2: e1993d2a, The pool entry we were looking for within the page.
Arg3: e19947c2, The next pool entry.
Arg4: 0d530417, (reserved)

WinDbg points to the problem being a driver (eamon.sys) in the process ekrn.exe. This is the first time I have run into this problem, just thought I would post info on it so that it can be looked into, and in case it continues to occur.

I'm currently using ESET NOD32 version 3.0.566.0.

3.0.566 is a quite old version, please download and install version 3.0.672. Should the problem persist, configure Windows to create complete memory dumps. If BSOD occurs and a memory dump is created, let me know, I'll provide you with an ftp account where you can upload it.
