Now something else has happened.
I came home (the computer was on) and all the sudden I heard it turn it self of... I think There was some updates that did it.... Anyway... I have tryed downloading Revo uninnstaller, but I got the same thing up. Now after the "re-start" I cant find Eset on the list of programs that I can remove,,, But if I go in the start menu, I find it and It is operative(I can open this program) (excuse my english im Norwegian). But when I try remove it with the uninstall button that lyes with it, I get a message that I can not uninnstall because it is not innstalled? WHAT? I am not good at these type of things on the computer... I dont know what to do... The reason I wanted to remove Eset was because my x-boyfriend innstalled it and suddenly now I had to update with password I have never gotten. So I have gone months without updatet protection. (But now I have scanned with AVG) I installed AVG (because I have used this before).... |

Are you using Vista?
If so, you could reboot to safe mode (without networking) and try start > all programs > eset and uninstall from there. If this isn't possible, you could try downloading and installing the same version and then uninstalling as per the link below. Incidentally, next time I would completely remove an AV before installing another. http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showt...full+uninstall philby (Re. the instructions in link and cleaning the registry - I would remove the Eset entries under Local machine > Software AND Current User > Software)
