Default what is wrong with v12?

After removing v11, I installed v12. After the reboot, I noticed that the uninstall of V11, the file "MSVCP71.DLL" was removed. So I had to uninstall Norton Anti-bot, reboot, and then re-intsll NAB and to get NAB and Vmware to work.
I wonder why Acronis v11 removed this shared file?

thanks

Hello dhs13,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for delayed response.

Could you please clarify if during the uninstallation of Acronis True Image 11 Home there were no prompts about removal of shared files no longer in use?

Thank you.
