Exclamation Block Certain Programs W/Firewall

Hi guys,

I am coming from Kaspersky, and I'm trying to figure out how to block a certain program from accessing the internet in Smart Security.

In Kaspersky I could select the .exe file and every time it loaded it was automatically shut down.

Is there an option like this? Please respond ASAP.

ESS does not control de execution of programs on your machine like Kaspersky or other firewalls BUT once the program has started if it asks for internet acces you'll get an alert and be given the option to block or allow.
Remember that for it to work you must be running in interactive mode, because autoamtic will grant access if required by the program.
Hope this helps you.

Hello,

Is the program in question malicious? If so, a sample of it can be submitted to ESET's virus lab for analysis.
