Guys how to get reply from the customer service?

    In June - July I bought the NOD32 and tried to clarify some simple support questions but uncessfully.

    Markus, thanks a lot for your help, but it was not enough to successfully use the Nod32.

    So after one more weeks I canceled my order and got notification about my money had to be back in 30 days.

    I have been waiting for refund for 2 months, I called to customer support, leaved a bunch of messages. In September I got strange statement by e-mail where I was notified about I was credited and I own money to ESSET. I contacted about the statement to ESSET customer service, they forwarded me to financial lady, who did not reply. I called her back for several times and leaved a bunch of messages again and still no reply and no money.

    I really want my money back…

    Could anyone help me to figure out how to push ESSET to return my money without court? I really do not have time for that now …

    NOD32 is the great product, but the customer service is killing me …

    Did you make your purchase from ESET's U.S. office? If so, you can call the accounting department toll-free at +1 (866) 343-3738.

    Thanks for reply, I bought the NOD32 online.

    Can you please clarify the phone number? I have just called by got reply about the number is not in service.

    Thanks for the help, but I have been getting the same problem.

    My phone calls have been redirected to the financial lady who does not reply (...)

    My e-mails to her are still without reply ...

    Does anybody have the personal access to ESET company people?

    Do you know the address of the ESET to send them the regular letter?

    It looks like they have the policy do not return the money back ...

    ESET's bookkeeping department is closed for the evening, but I will contact them in the morning when they open.

    Can you please send me your sales order number, the username from your license (the part beginning with AV-####### or EAV-#######) and the email address you used for the license and correspondence with ESET via the forum's PM (private messaging) system? Thank you.
