sfi, your best bet is Google and here's one site: Simtel Artificial Intelligence Programs, however, I can't vouch for either the site nor any of the software found there. Caveat Emptor.

Although not 100% AI, voice recognition commands have been identified in the past as Artificial Intelligence programs. SuiteKeys is one of those.

This to me is now an old program but still works even on XP, since i used to use it to issue voice commands via mic to my system, and the cursor/pointer obeys by incremental movements completely without manual maneuver of the mouse and offers other features.

Personally i think this should have long been expanded on for special needs persons as well as grooming the next generation of AI type actions.

For example, theres another old program, also from Windows 98/Me days that works perfect with XP/XP Pro i still use named Eagletron's Tracker Cam With your own webcam, they have a "free" software version that makes use of your webcam as an excellent & accurate motion detector and saves surveillance/motion to it's internal video recorder.
