Does ESS monitor TCPIP.SYS when changing Limits?

I changed to 100, and now ESS is not showing ekrn.exe in the firewall screen. Since I changed the file, is EKRN now crippled? |

No, why? I've set it to 128... ESS works fine.

can't download it - ess stops it as virus

ESS should report is as "Virus", else its not working properly.
