Default New computer - do I need a new license?

Hi guys,

I've had a bit of a search, didn't find what I'm looking for. I've just purchased a new computer running XP. The old machine was Win98SE. I sent an email to sales@eset.com.au asking what I must do to transfer my license from one machine to the other. They replied that I must simply download the appropriate version, and enter the username and password supplied when I purchased Nod32. I have done that - the dowload page won't accept the username or password. What do I do next?

Regards,
Trevor

Thanks for looking guys,

Since there's no obvious solution, I'll download the trial version, and send an email to Eset support and see what they may suggest.

Cheers,
Trevor.

Download the trial version, install it and then change the Username and Password to the one in your license email. See if that works.
