Smile Long Filenames in TC volumes?

Does anyone know how to get True Crypt to allow long file names in its volumes? I've tried both FAT and NTFS but I keep getting messages like the one below.

Default Re: Long Filenames in TC volumes?

Hi,
Never had problem with it. Long, short ...
I don't think it's TC issue - if at all, it should the filesystem limitation.
