Default Free/Cheap Exchange Mail?

Does anybody know of a free or cheap exchange email host like Mail2web.com that offers Push mail via activesync and has Outlook desktop access and calander support?

hmailserver is one. but no calendar support. been using it for 4 years.

egroupware seems more full-featured , with calendar support, but might be difficult to setup.

both are FREE!
