Certainly we'll need to get more info from you, such as the exact version of your OS (including info about service packs installed), the circumstances under which the BSOD occurred as well as a complete memory dump, not just the minidumps. Also a log from ESET SysInspector might shed more information. The best would be if you contact the distributor you purchased EAV from and provide him all necessary stuff. They will pass it further to our developers.
