I can not dl Nod32

According to yours instruction I did uninstalled the previous version of Nod32 and now I can not Download the new version. Every time I go to the link you posted or the link on eset after pasting my user name and the password I get this message:

Authorization Required

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.

I do not know what to do. I am not a very advanced user. I provide the user name and the password but it is not working. I purchased the Eset Nod32 about 2 months ago; two years subscription.

I need the help!!!

Only becuase this has happened, I would suggest you double check the User name\Password you are typing in. If you are doing a copy\paste, I would make sure you are copying only the relevant characters.

Try both of these sites. If you still have problems you should contact the site you purchased from and explain the problem.

Since the message mentions the word browser, what browser are you using?

none of them works, it seems that eset does not accept my username/password.

I tried both sites
I purchased it from eset.com I think it is in US
firefox, opera and I tried on IE it says the same on everyone of them

Try restarting your computer.

If you have any other security programs, make sure NOD32 can contact the update servers.

I got this idea and yes it start to update. It is updated already.
