Has anyone had issues recently with newvirus@kasperky.com? It's been a month know, I've sent samples to Kaspersky Labs using the quarantine send function, hotmail and gmail, but had no response. They've always replied quickly, matter of a few hours, but now, they aren't replying..

I haven't sent them anything lately but just i did it using yahoomail for testing purposes.
In the past, they normally replied within 1-5 hours. Never used the quar. send function. |

They all went to Euro2008...coming back now
![]() Kidding aside, I have enquired and viruslab are still alive and kicking. Sit tight and you will get a response. Month is a bit much... two weeks max what I would wait (try sending it in another email addy)...and check your junkml for a reply |

Also, sending many samples in a single e-mail results in a slower reply... 1 sample/e-mail usually gets the quickest response IME
