Default Web Access Protection modification through .xml file?

EAV 3.0x
ERAS 2.0.110
ERAC 2.0.110

I wanted to modify Web Access Protection settings within ERAC with the configuration editor. I am unable to find this tree drop down in the configuration editor at all. Can someone point me in the right direction or explain? Thank you.

It's under Personal firewall as it's part of it. I know it may be confusing for EAV users, but from technical point of view it belongs to the firewall module.
