Default DrWebb users: please read

Please note that there can be problems accessing our domain DIALS.RU during this week.

Therefore, to contact us by E-mail or to see our web-site please use the domain name
"DIALOGNAUKA.RU".

For example, the address of our home page should be entered as follows:
www.dialognauka.ru/english

The address of our support page:
www.dialognauka.ru/english/support/

The part "@dials.ru" in e-mail addresses should be replaced with "@dialognauka.ru" .

The update URL of Doctor Web updating system should be changed as follows:
www.dialognauka.ru/drweb/english

regards,

paul

Hello Paul,

I am EXTREMELY grateful that you provided the correct Web-related updated information for Dr. Webb. I have been going steadily crazy and getting frustrated trying to find out how to keep my Dr. Webb antivirus database current since the demise of DIALS.RU domain.

One thing I would like to add:
In order to use the Dr.Webb automated update process, a valid USERID & PASSWORD must be supplied or the update process will fail.

Thanks again,
KDCDQ, Security Freak

Why does the web page flash Doctor Web world leader
and not Webb?

Hey Controler,

I was just following Paul's lead with the Dr. Webb, instead of using Dr. Web. I too noticed the spelling difference in the product name; I left the WEBB part alone to not further confuse the issue.

Hi kdcdq,

My pleasure - and thanks for the useful addition!

As for the page lay out; probably a glitch

regards,

paul
