Hi,
I want to backup a Compaq Deskpro EN P733 machine with ATI. Machine boots normaly, Acronis is loaded but when I choose Backup the machine reboots. I have no USB device attached other than the External Drive which I attach after ATI boots. Am I doing something wrong? I'm using ATI often, I have never seen something like this.... Any Ideas? |

Hello hitech444,
Thank you for choosing Acronis Backup software. We would firstly recommend you to make sure that the build number of the program you use is the latest one. If it is not you should download it. Please do not forget to recreate Acronis Bootable Rescue Media after that. Please try also "acpi=off noapic" workaround described in Acronis Help Post. If the issue still persists you can use BartPE plug-in as a workaround. In order to let us investigate the issue please submit a request for technical support with the detailed issue description and attached Linux System Information file and Windows System Information file which can be collected in the way it is described in Acronis Help Post. We will do our best to help you as soon as possible. Thank you -- Nikita Sakharov
