Default locaux et distant

comment fait t'on la difference entre locaux et distant?

par exemple je souhaite ouvrir ces ports:

Ports locaux
UDP 13139
UDP 16250

Ports distants
UDP 16250
TCP 80

Comment dois je faire?

Le port local correspond normalement à la zone "Source (PC>>Net) / Destination (Net >> PC)".
Et le port distant, à la zone "Destination (PC>>Net) / Source (Net>>PC)".
