Outlook Duplicate Emails

We're using Outlook 2000 for our business email. Some of our remote users are experiencing duplicate email messages in their mailboxes that are conflicting. We've never experienced this problem until after installing NOD32 Antivirus Business Edition v 3.0.650.

Not only does this happen in the mailbox, but duplicates are appearing in the archive file as well.

Why is NOD32 doing this? How can I fix it?

We have the same issue but also with 2.7.
