I've recently decided to give EQSecure another shot on my system, with a tight rulset of course, but I have a question. Is it possible to have it not show a popup alert when applications are launched that have 'allow' rules already? That is kind of annoying. I know when things are launched, after all I initiated it. I would, however, like to keep 'block' alerts.

Go in Configuration then Alerts. In the case "Duration of notification Windows, put "0".

Maybe with any luck we'll get to try the FINAL 4.0 version sometime. EQS is really exceptionally Lite and formidable enough to engage the approach of most forced intruders to stop them cold, so i consider this a lull in it's development because they have to know this is a very high quality HIPS to be a freeware, and it's gained some audience and new users even now.
