Outlook 2007 locking up + NOD32 v2.7.39

I have been expeirencing alot of instances with Outlook frezzing or not responsing to closing down and wonder if this is related to a integration issue with NOD32 as well.
Your advice appreciated.

Symptoms are Outlook 2007 will not close down, or will hang when opening an email in the inbox.

Problem resolved, its was outlooks needing activations and the next windows for on start help been innitiated onto the next step and be closed.
Its fun when group policy inforcement is forcing changes to a new user and you have to take them out to finish up the setup of outlook.
