Hopefully Lavasoft improves the lackluster detection/removal capabilities instead of improving the GUI and feature set.

Why should they?

They were once the chief leaders in AS at a time when competition was nearly non-existence and they capitalized on that to their advantage, and thats where i have trouble regaining trust with a product's organization when they feel that they've reached such a point of arrogance where the common user is no longer of any worth much to them anymore.
