Hello.
My question: When i do a onlinescan with Windows Live OneCare from their homepage, do i scan for adware/spyware and rootkits also or only for viruses and trojans? |

the reason i asked for this is that i see the top AV's as kav, bd, drweb and avira seem to miss alot of zlob variants and i think i am infected with zlob and microsoft and Eset seem to detect most of the zlob, and i thought i will scan online my pc, but i am not sure if the onlinescanner detects spy and adware also?

What definitive proof is there that Dr. Web and Avira miss a lot of zlob variants? |

ERM, yeah... I'd like to hear the reasons behind that
Since when have microsoft and eset had better detections of zlobs in particular? |

I think some of it came from solcroft, so the assertion is suspect. That is why I want proof and I am sure there ain't any. ![]() see solcroft post (5th one down) http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=205572 |
