Default Panda 2008

I've installed a trial. I have some video conversion software called Super which it thinks is a virus and renames it, doesn't give me an option. Is there any way to set panda to ask what to do with files before taking action?

The best course is to contact the vendor regarding a possible false positive (assuming, of course, you're in a position to posit that conclusion).

Post Re: Panda 2008

Hi maca,
Is a good idea contact with Panda as IBK says.
Anyway please write a more detailed explanation of the software you are using.
Something like "the program is super video converter, the software versión is 1.81, and the file Panda deleted is xmovconverter.dll".
