ekrn problem

Just had to reinstall ESS and now ekrn stays at 50%.

Interesting findings ? I did a repair install and while ekrn.exe was using large cpu
cycles I noticed that the service Windows firewall / ICS was not running and could not be started.
After going through HELL with another try at a repair install, that service was running and ekrn was back to normal.
