Default PC lag after virus update

Just a small observation.
I had done a complete uninstall etc of 2.7 before installing V3 (.642)
No problems.
However I have noticed that if I am away from my PC with the screen saver running and EAV does an update, the pop-up notification shows but moving the mouse etc does not immediately 'dismiss' the screen saver. Takes a few seconds.
A bit odd thats all

because when a update receive and pop-up notification shows EAV updates it's engine(it's take 1 or 2 min)
so when EAV complete it's job then screensave dismiss nothing to worry about

Or if you want you can use the "Display only notifications requiring user intervention" option, like I do, so you don't have to bother with update baloons.

I had noticed this lag with V3 but never with V2.7
I'm not worried, I just like my set-ups to do what I want.
I think I'll disable as per waterfox
