Hi..

think I may have found a little problem with v3.0.642.0. I have been troubleshooting a network issue which has required me to temporarily disable the firewall now and then..all seems to go well until I reactivate filtering. Browsing works ok for the next minute of so then I have no use of internet, mail or any other app that relies on network access. I just get timeouts and page cannot be displayed errors. I also lose the ability to ping.

But...if I disable the firewall again, network access returns but that's hardly ideal. In the end I have to reboot the PC in order to get some normality back.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

Any suggestions please?

Have you tried setting the Personal firewall filtering mode to interactive?

F5 -> Personal firewall -> Interactive mode
