Default TrueImageCmdDos cannot access A:

Whats happening while backing up some PC over network? We start with PXE, running some virtual disc image mounted on A:, mounting a network volume M: and start trueimagecmddos.exe. After backing up, trueimagecmddos cannot access A: any longer, it says "drive not found". Are all drive unmounted while creating a backup?

We use Acronis True Image Server 9.1 Build 3694.

Regards,
Constref

Hello constref,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

Please make sure you use the latest build of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

If the latest build doesn't solve the problem, please submit a request for technical support with a detailed description of your actions step by step. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.

Thank you.
