Can somebody explain what is an "ARP virus" ? Or what this means: "ARP viruses cleaner. Can locate the local viruses when the localhost has outgoing ARP attacks." o_O This looks like false advertising to me...

I also found this on their web site, which makes more sense:
"1. The MAC address from gateway to localhost is correct
    2. The MAC address from localhost to gateway is correct

AntiARP can perfectly ensure the above demands."

Comodo has ARP Protection built-in. Some user in the comodo asked about protection and was reccommended ARP from the developer.

The Comodo firewall did have attempted ARP protection, but simple spoof request did poison. This was to be updated within the firewall, but I have not had time to check.

This is new to me. I will have to check.

There is a need to check IP/MAC bindings.

I will try to find time to look at this application.

    Great. Thanks.

In any case, since it runs on my PC (18 hours), no memory problem (stabilized around 5-6 MB), no network problem .
Now, for the principle function (the protection), I can not say anything, that's why I await your opinion.

As I suspected, there is no such thing as "ARP virus", but a virus which does ARP spoofing.
