What are they doing the whole time ?

For weeks now, the German Distributor had time to adapt the German order side accordingly. Now the program versions are finally available, but the German side was not adapted yet. Nowhere a Upgrade can be ordered of EAV on ESS.

The German organization and preparation are only embarrassing. Also are not answered to email Upgrade inquiries.

How can ESET Headquarter accept such partners ?

I believe they are aware of this. But, it seems that You don't have problems with English language at all?
