Question Advanced Config : pop3 / http clients

Hello,
That would be a good thing to have some more details about how to managed pop3 client and http clients (and active or not mode selected)...

1) ESET behaviour
I noticed that ESET automatically pre-select some applications (svchost.exe, iexplorer.exe, outlook.exe etc...).

What the difference (in detail) if an application is checked or not ?

2) It is said, in documentation, to check or cross mark application depending on if we expect EAV to view it as pop3 or http... Well, how to delete or uncheck (cross mark, as in documentation) a particular application ?

In general, if somebody could give detailed informations (may be inserted through the tutorial post by blackspear)... Thks in advance

Regards
