I can't download the 64-bit version

Hi, I just purchased Smart Security few days ago...after received my username and paswword with the links to download it ....I only can download the 32-bit version...I already sent an email to ESEt asking for a solution a couple days ago but I didn't get any email back yet.

any idea?

I can get it now...of course the problem was the link...they sent a wrong one, after made a phone call to ESET and put me on hold for 20min I found the solution by myself.....I purchase applications very often and ESET has the worst customer service by far!!!
