How long does it take to resieve a license..?

I dont know if this is the right place, but here i go...

I have bought a license of NOD32 Antivirus, but i have not got any email
with my user/pass.?

How long does it take for ESET to send me my license..?

Now its about 4 hours ago..

The first license i bought from ESET, only took about 2min before i got
an email with the licensen.

Any idea..?

You should receive it within a couple of minutes. However, many distributors use their own ordering systems so in the event of a problem it can take a little bit longer. What website / distributor did you order through?
