I renewed the NOD32 license on my parents Windows XP computer yesterday.
I followed the instructions and copied and pasted the new user and pass into the update configuration. However, as soon as I click OK or Apply it seems to pop up again with the old user name and password. I have tried it about 10 times since yesterday and still have no luck. It doesn't say whether the new login details are incorrect, or are not active, etc. It just keeps popping up again with the old user and pass. Any idea why this could be?

I'm not sure why this is happening on V. 3.0, I've seen this on V. 2.7 though. Did you install over 2.7? Also are you entering the Username and Password into the Username and Password Setup under Update?

What happens if you type the Username and Password?
