Why is ver 621 not available for trial ??

I am currently trying out ver 566 - but I have some issues with the integration to Windows Mail .... I can see from several posts that some OE/Win Mail issues have been solved with ver 621, but when I try to DL this version from www.eset.com's trial DL page I only get ver 566 (even though it states it is ver 621).
Why can ver 621 not be trialed ??

No, it isn't. The webpage the link is from may say that it is to build 621, but, it's still 566.
