Default Sirius and NOD ver 3

When I have the web browser settings set high with active checked, I'm unable to listen online to Sirius. The heavy filtering by nod appears to block it..........if I turn off the active box, sirius works just fine.

I've tried excluding it by entering www.sirius.com into the exlusion list but that doesn't work either...........

Hi!

Try to set up active mode only for Firefox and listen by IE, which will be set up in passive mode.

Sorry, what does "listen" mode mean? Do you mean uncheck IE from the active settings? I want it to be at a higher scan setting with it checked...why doesn't the exclusion feature work?

If you want to exclude that address, go here: Setup => Antivirus and antispyware protection => Web access protection => HTTP => Excluded addresses

Did it. It works now but take exactly 1 minute from clicking it till it starts playing............it is still being scanned even though it is excluded.

with the active thing turned off, it works instantly after clicking

It may also be different , e.g. the site is called sirius.com but the server where it connects to play is called something else . Check this and if so , add the other to the web exclusions like the previous one in format *.name.*
