hi, i've got these entries in my hosts file -
Code:
does anyone know why it's doing that? is it something to do with proxomitron, or because it's a SSL connection? is something not working right? or is that suppose to happen?

i don't want to go off topic, but i was just looking at the picture in the other post and it says, right at the bottom, the certificate expired on Oct 24 2007. should i get some new certificates for proxomitron?

google-analytics is an ad server/tracker, you'll find lots of web sites that use it.
Most of the time Proxomitron will block it, but if it should slip past proxo, the hosts file will catch it. Thats one reason I use both proxo and a hosts file. You can get a new Proxomitron certificate here: http://www.geocities.com/sidki3003/prox-ssl.html HTH |
