Default Eset Remote Administrator Dual Profile Questions

I did the installation of our Nod32 2.7 for about 50 computers in our company, looking at the detailed instruction from this very helpful forum http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=138526

I would like to clarify the following:

1) My Notebook users travel out and come back after weeks, so I have created them dual profile (Internet Update) Installation package.

Is there an option the system to use the secondary profile automatically, when a Notebook is out of the office network rather than the user has to switch to the "Internet Update profile" from the default "My Profit" manually to get the updates via internet?

2) How to make backup of the RA files and database?

Tks

Default Re: Eset Remote Administrator Dual Profile Questions

I ran into the same problem. I haven't quite attacked it yet but what I think you can do is create scheduled tasks to update and then use the secondary profile settings. I created two profiles my profile and a secondary profile using the config editor.
