User license number upgrade

Is it possible to upgrade a single user license to a 2 user license?

If so, how do I do it?

I did that but ...

I was within the 30 day cancellation period on the single seat license and they were kind enough to cancel and refund that while issuing a two seat license.

It can't hurt to call their 800 number, they seem strongly customer oriented.
