Default massive log files from scan

Hi folks can someone tell me why I get a log file from a manual scan thats equal to about 30 concurrent pages long and 95 % of it begins with C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys
I have 4 systems to compare and they are all XP pro SP2 running 2.7 and just this one box has this machine keys file thats 4 mb
I would appreciate any advice and I know its not critical but I would rather it be sorted .
