Default Dell Latitude D830 Cannot create master image

Just got 2 new Dell Latitude D830s in, wanted to create a master image, but neither the PXE boot option or booting with a CD will properly load up. The CD makes the laptop lockup.

Actually, it made me have to reboot the PC running the PXE server as after this "lock-up" the PXE would not service other client machines

thanks!

Searched and found a partial answer.

This thread: http://www.wilderssecurity.com/showt...light=latitude

I performed the addition command and the windows like screen came up but then immediatley states:

Error: E000101F4: Acronis Master Image Creator has not found any hard disk drives.

What to try next?
