Unabla update ver3 via proxy
Hi Dear friends
I have to update my Smart security via proxy. But after I set proxt setting and user name and password ( as I did in ver2.7.39 and could download update) , I can not download and bellow error appear. can you help me please? http://i17.tinypic.com/85vazae.jpg |

I use internet.khty.net, I have to use it because it is for my company and I have done it before and have not any problem for downloading in ver 2.7.39 but have problem in this version

As i have understood, this is Home version. So, I think, there shuould not work through various proxies. On Nov. 26, the business verison is expected which , on my opinion, will support update through proxy.
Is it like that, Eset Team? |
