finally bsod disappear on win2ksp4

yesterday i got a mail from eset support they give me a link of v3.0.563
and i download it and install
no bsod appear in installation and after reboot
now firewall work's like a charm
but i got a bug in installation since beta only on win2ksp4 not on winxp
1.no firewall mode show in installation only on win2ksp4
and
i donot see this window after installation (new network detected)i have a network card

after installing new v563 there is a new file in system32\drivers folder name utcymju0.sys(AVZ Driver v1.2)
is it safe??

Check the file on Virus Total.
