I think it's worth a 30 day trial. When I was using the demo, it ran fine on my Intel 2.6 with 2 gigs of ram.

Try it for yourself, as its performance varies with every pc. Link provided above is for the 2007 trial versions.

Although v.2007 ran very well on my pc (BIG improvement over 2006 & 2005 heavier versions), the new v.2008 is even lighter, it runs like heaven on my dual-core.
